A team that understands both sides of hiring
NextFly Global was established to bring order and clarity to international recruitment. Candidates often face confusing information, incomplete document lists and unrealistic promises. Employers face the opposite problem: applications that lack the detail needed to make a decision.
We sit between the two. We prepare candidates properly, present their experience accurately, and give employers the information they need to shortlist with confidence.

Shortlisted candidates attend an online or telephone interview arranged with the employer.

Employer decision & authorisation
If selected, the employer proceeds with the work-authorisation application through the competent authorities.
