Step by step
From first enquiry to departure
Requirements depend on the destination country, the employer and the job. Every stage has an owner and a realistic timeline, and we tell you where your file stands and what happens next.

Explore suitable opportunities
Browse published job categories and destination information to understand which roles match your experience, skills and documents.

Submit your application
Complete the online application form and upload your documents. You receive a Tracking ID and a secure tracking code for your file.

Document review and verification
Our recruitment team reviews your file. If something is missing or unclear, we ask you to correct or re-upload it through your tracking dashboard.

Employer and interview process
Verified profiles are shared with employers. If an employer shortlists you, interview details and any employer requirements are recorded on your file.

Application progress and tracking
Every stage of your file is visible in your tracking dashboard, with the information that applies to you and no private internal notes.

Agreement and required steps
When your file reaches the relevant stage, a personal written agreement is issued in English and বাংলা for you to read, sign and upload.

Verified payment request when applicable
If a payment applies to your file, our finance team raises an official payment request inside your tracking dashboard. We never sell services from a public checkout, and no payment is requested outside your file.

Pre-departure and final process
Work authorisation, visa appointments, travel arrangements and pre-departure briefing are handled step by step, according to the employer and the competent authorities.
