Understanding how work authorisation works in Europe
Work authorisation in Europe is issued by government authorities, not by recruitment agencies. Here is how the process usually flows.

A strong CV for a European industrial or hospitality role is short, factual and easy to scan. Two pages is the maximum, and one page is often enough.
Start with your full name as written in your passport, your contact details and the job category you are applying for. Follow with work experience in reverse chronological order, giving the employer name, your role, the dates and two or three lines describing the actual tasks you performed.
List concrete skills: machinery you have operated, licences you hold, certificates you have earned. Avoid vague claims that cannot be verified, because employers frequently ask follow-up questions during interviews.
Finally, save your CV as a PDF with a clear filename such as your name and role. It looks professional and prevents formatting problems when the employer opens it.
